Power Pak #85 Is a portable, lightweight electrical applicater developed for the safe and easy application of deoxidizing and passivating chemicals to stainless steel. Provides accurate temperature control for efficient scale remover and passivation of 300 series stainless.
Large pieces, which cannot be conveniently immersed in a heat bath, may be cleaned with the electric hand applicator shown above. Attach the clip to the piece, turn on the switch and dip the applicator into on of the OX-OUT chemicals below. One or two strokes removes all welding oxide and scale instantly on contact. No pressure needed.
OX-OUT #536-Heavy duty scale and oxide remover. Fast and complete removal on mill pickled and grit finished 300 series stainless and nickel alloys. Produces a flat, white, clean, weld area.
**OX-OUT #155-Non-etch oxide and temperate color remover. Quick clean up on polish 300 series stainless steels with no addtitional whitening or etching. Great for spot weld marks.
