Polybond  Wheels

Polybond wheels  are manufactured by bonding abrasive grain into a foamed  polyurethane matrix, similar to the bonded abrasives manufacturing process.  Because of this process, Polybond products are offered in a wide variety of specifications to meet almost any finishing application.

Polybond products are ideal for use on finishing applications where stock removal is not the first objective.  Some of the more common uses for Polybond products include wood finishing, polishing, satin finishing, graining and light deburring.
